Job Description:
· Arrive on time for assigned duties. · Demonstrate professionalism and a service-oriented attitude, with past customer service experience. · Load passengers' bags and luggage onto taxis for needy passengers · Guide and assist passengers in choosing alternative transport during low taxi availability. · Provide accurate information about Changi Airport to passengers. · Perform other ad hoc.
