Job Description:
Work with line managers on manpower requirements, employee relations issues, compensation and benefits matter, HR initiatives, and other HR matters; Administration of workmen compensation, MOM reporting, insurance claim, etc; Ensure that HR policies and practices are in compliance with prevailing statutory regulations; Handle onboarding and orientation of new hires, and exit interview; Organise. To be considered for this position, it is recommended that you have at least one to two years of relevant experience. Additionally, it is important that you have a strong understanding of the job requirements and possess the necessary qualifications.
