You manage an Information Technology (IT) system designed to track the progress of pre-enlistees’ medical appointments and other related processes. On this, you ensure a high level of system operability and oversee continuous enhancements to the IT system, so that medical screening is a smooth and efficient journey for pre-enlistees. You undertake process reviews and propose ways to convert existing manual processes to digital and automated ones which can be tracked by the IT system, so as to minimise any process lapses. You enhance the IT system’s dashboards which provide instant overview of the medical centre’s operational performance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and perform data analysis for management reporting. As a manager, you are also expected to supervise a team of administrative staff. You must have a tertiary qualification preferably in Information Technology (IT), process engineering, data analytics or related field, with at least 2 years’ of work experience in managing or developing IT systems. You should possess good analytical and critical thinking skills, and problem solving skills. It is also essential that you are competent with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience in the field of data analytics and process engineering, as well as familiarity with coding and data analytic software are advantageous.
