- Prepare and issue invoices
- Process incoming invoices and monitor payment status
- Input or update information into trading system accordingly
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager

- Minimally 2 years of relevant experience preferably form the Oil Trading industry
- Familiar with incoterms and UCP600
- Good understanding in Letter of Credit
- Proficient in both English & Mandarin (in order to liaise with the Chinese associate and counterparts)
