Job Description:
1. Handle phone sms enquiries and tracking of appointments 2. Confirm , schedule and or cancellation of appointments for both internal and external patient (SM & Tracking goggle sheet) 3. Follow up call sms 4. Receiving and Greeting patients upon arriving , confirming the right treatment and registering patients 5. Data entry of patient personal information in system 6. Maintain. To have the best chances of success in this role, it is recommended that you have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
